Blue Spinner is ready to use "right out of the box". But some organizations or industries will want certain changes made to meet their specific business needs. When that happens, it is extremely easy to customize large portions of the software dynamically and instantly. No technical or programming skills are needed. It is all done in plain English via simple selections from menus and / or copying text from the examples into specific areas. All that is required to do this is administrative access. This is usually granted to one or two people in the organization, so further help from the Blue Spinner staff is typically not needed, although that help is available if desired. There is also a version available whereby a company can host the software themselves, if the business requires it.
